Cancellation & No-Show Policy for Class Act Notary and Signing LLC

Effective Date: May 11, 2026

We understand that schedules can change. To help us serve all clients efficiently and fairly, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all appointments.

Free Cancellation Window

Appointments canceled more than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be canceled at no charge.

Cancellation Fee: $0

Standard Late Cancellation Fee

Appointments canceled between 12 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation Fee: $5

Last-Minute Cancellation Fee

Appointments canceled less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a higher cancellation fee due to reserved scheduling time and travel preparation.

Last-Minute Cancellation Fee: $10

No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged:

• Applicable cancellation fees

• Mobile travel fees

• Any earned service-related expenses

Mobile Notary Travel Fees

Travel fees may still apply if:

• The notary has already departed for the appointment

• The signer is unavailable

• Proper identification is not provided

• Documents are incomplete

• The notarization cannot legally proceed

Travel fees are separate from cancellation fees and are generally non-refundable once travel has begun.

Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Class Act Notary and Signing LLC in cases involving:

• Medical emergencies

• Severe weather

• Unsafe travel conditions

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to reschedule whenever possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new appointment times based on availability.

Payment of Fees

Cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to the payment method on file or collected prior to future appointments.
